PHASE IV AI in the “Thematic Event on Health Data Analytics”<\/h2><\/div>

PHASE\u00a0IV\u00a0AI participated with great pleasure in the “Thematic Event on Health Data Analytics” organized by PRIVASA project (www.privasa.eu) & Health Campus Turku on 16th November 2023 at Turku, Finland. The on-site event included a series of talks on the current trends in health data analytics, especially the emerging potential of synthetic datasets. The project spotlight showcased the past, current and future research activities in the Turku area, including PHASE\u00a0IV\u00a0AI of course.<\/div>\n
Our Consortium was represented from the following experts:<\/div>\n
\u2747Ileana Montoya Perez<\/a> (Turun yliopisto – University of Turku<\/a>) gave a presentation titled “Does Differentially Private Synthetic Data Lead to Synthetic Discoveries?”<\/div>\n
\u2747Irfan Khan<\/a> (Turku University of Applied Sciences<\/a>) presented novel weight aggregation methods for medical image analysis with federated learning<\/div>\n
\u2747Juha Pajula<\/a> (VTT<\/a>) introduced pilot activities towards synthetic data generation in a secure environment.<\/div>\n
\u2747Arho Virkki<\/a> (Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue<\/a>) and Tapio Pahikkala<\/a> (Turun yliopisto – University of Turku<\/a>) got on stage as panelists.<\/div>\n
\u2747Antti Airola<\/a> (Turun yliopisto – University of Turku<\/a>) introduced PHASE IV AI in the “Project Spotlight” session, which highlighted the upcoming activities around synthetic health data.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
