PHASE IV AI Final Conference, Turku, Finland | 4 June 2026

On 4 June 2026, we had the pleasure of organizing the PHASE IV AI Final Conference – Advancing Privacy-Compliant Health Data for AI at Turun yliopisto – University of Turku, bringing together researchers, healthcare professionals, industry experts, policymakers, and innovators from across Europe to discuss the future of privacy-preserving health data and trustworthy AI.

We are delighted to share that the event attracted nearly 100 participants, both on-site and online.

Throughout the day, participants explored:

• Privacy-preserving synthetic health data generation
• Secure and compliant health data access
• Real-world AI applications in lung cancer, prostate cancer, and ischemic stroke
• The opportunities and challenges of the European Health Data Space (EHDS)
